Remarks: Delta Air Lines Flight# 1101, DTW-BNA. Video shows pushback and engine start-up including the famous "whoop whoop" ignitor sounds, then taxi out of the ramp area, then taxiing into position and taking off from runway 22L and climbing out of Detroit. Gotta love the DC-9 and the JT8D, those engines are just beautiful.

Thank you! Well executed. It has been way too long since I flew a Diesel 9 or 727. There is nothing to compare to the sound of sitting between those P&W JT8D's except perhaps the hum of the venerable DC-3...a different league of course.
